This page provides an explanation of the site, including how it processes and displays data.
All setups on the site are shared with the creators' approval. There is no monetization model behind this site. I (Frank) cover all the hosting costs and handle all development myself.
I personally add all setups, and each one must include a video as verification. This approach prevents the site from featuring "commercial" setups, those that can be purchased but are restricted to personal use only. I aim to avoid making this site a platform for sharing such setups, which could lead to conflicts with the commercial sites that sell them.
#1 Main landing page that show the tracks we have setups for available. All the numbers are real-time calculated
If a track is not in the list, there are no setups available.
#2 Overview of all cars that have a setup available. #3 will link the user to the detail setup page. #4 shows the achieved laptime by the creator.
Note: In the future there maybe will be setups with no laptime, these are then sort of meta-setups that are created but do not have laptimes. More info to come soon!
Most important page! #5 show the creator data and links to his/her site and videos about this setup
#6 shows the standard info for this setup and the game version. This last can be important since when the game changes something the setups also need to change
#7 Link to track guide video from this creator. This will link to the video where they explain how to drive this track. This could be in a different car (same class) but for the track that is less important
#8 all the data you need to setup your car. #9 If you see two dashses that means it is default, no changes to the standard setup, just use the default values
Most Fixed setups will have a log of these.
#10 on this page you see all the data we have on the creator (and is allowed to share) There could be donation links, contact links or social media links.
All links from my site to creator sites or channels include tracking parameters, allowing creators to identify traffic sent from our site.
